Enjoyed my Christmas stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were modern and very comfortable, with a separate shower and bathtub, as well as a beautiful designed layout of the space. Breakfast downstairs was incredible, with a large variety of options, including Western and Asian cuisine to choose from. the hotel was located near two popular shopping malls and many street restaurants, making it a convenient location for exploring the city.

Some aspects could be improved. The toilet and walk-in wardrobe areas had no ventilators, which caused discomfort, and the bench for the luggage was too low.

the location is great for exploring the city center and some rooms have water views. the spacious and comfortable rooms are beautifully decorated. the restaurant on the second floor serves excellent food. the Executive Lounge is quiet, peaceful, and offers a great variety of breakfast choices. the state, of, the, art gym was a plus point for me.

The smoking inside the hotel lobby area was a downside, especially for families with kids. the water heater in the shower was not working properly which made shower time a freezing experience.
